Be sure to choose a day that will allow you to be available to view proofs and provide feedback. When you book your day you have payment options. Either pay in full, or a 50/50 payment plan.

A welcome packet will be provided that will guide you through the essentials required to make the most out of your VIP Day. This might include your brand guidelines, website analytics, and any existing designs you want to improve upon, or content. You will have a PreVIP call to go over your welcome packet with your designer.

If you are an entrepreneur, overwhelmed by all the graphics you must create or hire out for, and want it done fast, but you still aren't sure if it's a good fit? Book a Discovery Call!
We ask for two criteria before booking a discovery call: Soapbox VIP Days are $2000, and you must be available for a 6-hour chunk of time if you book a VIP Day.
The A's to your Q's
What is the investment?
A Soapbox VIP Day is $2000. 50% will be due at the time of booking your day. Balance is due 24 hours before the appointment date.
Is everything created during my VIP Day mine?
Everything created by Soapbox Studio Inc. during your VIP Day is yours except for fonts. Fonts must be purchased and licensed on your own if needed. Soapbox will provide all assets in file formats requested or discussed on or after your VIP Day. The communication through Google Chat will remain open for 30 days after your VIP Day and house-provided files.
Is my deposit refundable if I cancel?
Your purchase is non-refundable, but you may transfer it to another date or service with seven days prior written notice via email to info@soapboxstudio.com. Your purchase is valid for 90 days and must be scheduled within that timeframe.
